Refund Policy
At Zorhrm, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. If, within the first 30 days of your initial payment, you find our services unsatisfactory, please contact us. We will make every effort to resolve your concerns. If you remain unsatisfied, we will provide a full refund for your purchase and either downgrade your account to the free plan for that product or suspend your account, as applicable.
After the first 30 days, if we remove, discontinue, or significantly impair any functionality that was available at the time of your subscription, please notify us immediately. If we fail to address the issue to your satisfaction within a reasonable time, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining term of your contract.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Policy
Your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel the service.
Prior to each renewal, you will receive an email notification detailing the services and the amount to be charged.
In the event of a material breach on our part, you may opt out by providing 30 days’ notice, provided the breach remains uncured after the notice period.
For all other cases, cancellation requires 60 days’ advance notice.
Exceptions to Refund Eligibility
No refund (full or pro-rated) will be issued if your access to Zorhrm Products and Services has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
