The extent of verification depends on the package selected by the Requester.
4. User Obligations
A. Legal Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable laws, including:
Indian Contract Act, 1872
Information Technology Act, 2000
IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011
Constitution of India (Article 19 & 21)
B. Consent Requirement
Requesters must obtain explicit written consent from Candidates before initiating verification.
Zorhrm acts as a data processor under applicable privacy laws (GDPR).
C. Accuracy of Information
Requesters are responsible for providing accurate and lawful data.
Misrepresentation may lead to legal action and termination of services.
5. License & Ownership
A. Limited License
Upon acceptance, Zorhrm grants you a:
Revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Website and Materials solely for lawful purposes.
B. Ownership Rights
All intellectual property (trademarks, logos, reports) remains the exclusive property of Zorhrm.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Password & Account Security
Users must:
